In collaboration with Newmont, the global leader in gold production, our team embarked on a transformative journey to foster sustainable change in the communities surrounding mining sites. Over the course of twelve months, we designed and implemented a hybrid social innovation program, overcoming logistical and communication barriers by utilizing platforms like WhatsApp and organizing community-based sessions. Through this program, participants gained valuable skills in social innovation, developed impactful initiatives, and embarked on a journey towards social entrepreneurship. Our approach, blending human-centered design and systems thinking, yielded tangible results, paving the way for positive change in the region.

Revolutionizing the onboarding journey for Ezee Payments, a Jamaican fintech, our strategic intervention aimed to enhanced user engagement and increased paying clients. Through a collaborative coaching approach, we crafted an ideal onboarding process, developed 13 actionable ideas, and several coaching sessions, providing not just solutions but empowering Ezee Payments with lasting behavioral science and UX design insights for sustainable impact.

Transforming The Good Partner's mission during the pandemic, we collaborated to digitalize their training for rural producers. Through service blueprinting and the "From Farmer to Farmer" Training Methodology, we gained deep insights. In a 6-hour co-creative session, we prioritized impactful improvements and designed six artifacts, including an Excel-based process map, a comprehensive training guide, and a dynamic facilitation toolkit, empowering The Good Partner for seamless in-person and virtual training delivery.
